Summer Activities
We've gathered together details of various activities taking place over the summer being run by various local organisations. Please see the details and posters below.
- Free summer fun at Northampton Market
People of all ages are invited to join in a summer of fun at Northampton’s Market, located in Commercial Street. Free activities will be taking place from Saturday 22 July through to Sunday 3 September, offering something for everyone. Parents can sit back and relax in a deckchair while little ones build sandcastles at our beach event. The programme of activities also includes mini-golf, circus skills, and even axe throwing.
All of the activities are being offered completely free-of-charge, offering a fantastic way to keep children entertained this summer. Visitors can also enjoy visiting the fantastic range of stalls offered by our Market, offering food and refreshments, fresh produce, great gifts and much more. Northampton Market is based in Commercial Street (NN1 1PJ) opposite TK Maxx in the town centre, where it has been temporarily relocated while redevelopment work is carried out on the Market Square.
