We are seeking to appoint staff with a variety of experience, from NQT through to upper scale positions. Last year we took on 40 new teachers and 17 were NQT, our support programme for new staff is well established and successful and we retain staff by making sure they are extremely well supported by all levels of the school community, centralised detentions and a feedback policy that has removed all maintenance marking.
